You are hereby invited to the Association Föreningsgården Ekolnsnäs annual meeting on Sunday 9 May at 14.00

And

Due to the ongoing Corona pandemic, we have decided to run a hybrid meeting.

This means that the chairman of the annual meeting, the board and the nomination committee are offered the opportunity to participate physically on site in our premises at Lövängsvägen 49, you from the board who can not come here and other member associations are offered the opportunity to connect digitally via zoom or phone. (information and zoom link can be found further down)

And

We ask you representatives of member associations to contact us by e-mail ekolnsnas@gmail.com or phone 018 490 23 23 no later than 6 May to register your participation in order to determine the voting list.

And

All annual meeting documents will gradually be available on this page.
